GARAGE SITE PHASE THREE REDEVELOPMENT - AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMME

Exempt report of the Corporate Director (Housing and Communities) giving on update on progress of the feasibility and development appraisals of garage site development schemes.

 

(Note: The Chairman of the Social Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been given notice that it was impracticable to comply with the requirement that at least twenty eight days notice must be given of the intention to make a key decision on the Forward Plan in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 because it was urgent and could not reasonably be deferred for the reason specified).

 

(1)     The reason for item 20 is to enable the progression of the proposed redevelopment and consultation with residents without delay.

The update in relation to the first two sites of the Phase Three garage site development schemes was noted.

RESOLVED:

 

That the update in relation to the first two sites of the Phase Three garage site development schemes be noted.
