Report of the Director (Governance) lists the actions from previous meetings and their current status.

To note declarations of Members’ disclosable pecuniary interests, non-disclosable pecuniary interests and non-pecuniary interests in respect of items on the Agenda.

Up to fifteen minutes will be made available for questions from members of the public on issues relating to the work of the Committee and to receive any petitions.

Report of the Director (Governance) requests the Committee to recommend a revised management plan for Northaw Great Wood Local Nature Reserve 2015-20 to the Cabinet for adoption.

Report of the Director (Governance) requests the Committee to recommend a Management Plan for Sherrardspark Wood Local Nature Reserve 2015-20 to the Cabinet for adoption.

Report of the Director (Governance) informs Members of the performance of the contractor and the work and services that have been provided.

Report of the Director (Governance) advises Members of the work which has been carried out to keep the travelling public safe.

Report of the Director (Governance) asks the Committee to note the performance against the previous service plan and to request Cabinet to recommend to the Council for adoption the service plan for 2016/17.

Report of the Director (Finance and Operations) combines Environment Services information and Serco’s customer satisfaction performance for Quarter 3.

The pro-forma which sets out the Committee’s overview work programme has been updated since the last meeting to enable forward planning of items to be considered to take place.  Items which the Committee agrees it would like to consider will be scheduled into the work programme.
