Report of the Director (Finance and Operations) sets out the results of informal consultation and formal consultation held with residents of Dellsome Lane, Knolles Crescent, Goulds Close and Greville Close about a proposal to prevent drivers parking too close to junctions and to construct new parking spaces on the verge and nearby green area and recommends a course of action.

Report of Director (Governance) advises members that the Government is consulting on technical changes to the New Homes Bonus, which is an incentive for local authorities to encourage housing growth in their area.  It puts forward a number of options, which will have different levels of impact on how much Bonus this Council is likely to receive in future years.

The Board/Committee is asked to resolve:

That under Section 100(A)(2) and (4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be now excluded from the meeting for Item 20 on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of confidential or exempt information as defined in Section 100(A)(3) and Paragraph 3 (private financial or business information) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the said Act (as amended).

In resolving to exclude the public in respect of the exempt information, it is considered that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.
