(1) That Facultatieve Technologies Ltd. (FTL) be appointed as a Named Contractor for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the Cremator equipment.
(2) That a contract for the design ( in the form of a Pre Contract Services Agreement) of the Cremator is awarded to Facultatieve Technologies Ltd.
(3) That following successful commissioning of the Cremator and subject to agreement of the budget that a maintenance contract, for an initial period of 5 years is awarded to Facultatieve Technologies Ltd.
