(1) To commence the procurement for the refurbishment of Chilton Green sheltered accommodation.
(2) That the ‘open’ process will be used.
(3) That subject to meeting the minimum criteria, the evaluation criteria will be 50% price and 50% quality (which will include an element of climate change / sustainability criteria).
