REVIEW OF A HACKNEY CARRIAGE DRIVER LICENCE Exempt report of the Hackney Carriage Regulatory Support Officer on the review of a Hackney Carriage Driver Licence. Minutes: The Regulatory Support Officer presented the exempt report of the Corporate Director (Public Protection, Planning and Governance) on the determination of a review of a Hackney Carriage Driver Licence.
The driver was in attendance for the hearing.
Following consideration of the evidence presented, both written and oral, the Committee
RESOLVED:
That the driver receive a formal warning.
