Minutes: The report of the Corporate Director (Resources, Environment and Cultural Services) briefed Members on the variances to budget and income targets for 2019-20 as at 31 May 2019.

MARKETING UPDATE To receive an exempt update via a presentation on recent marketing activity and priorities, and plans for coming months. Minutes: The presentation by the Policy and Communications Manager updated Members on the recent marketing and promotional activity across the business of Campus West.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REPORT - NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS): QUARTER 1 2019-20 To receive an exempt update report for Quarter 1 2019-20 on the Net Promoter Score (NPS), which is used as a means of accurately measuring customer feedback and satisfaction across all Campus West businesses. Minutes: The report of the General Manager Campus West informed the Panel on the findings of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) customer satisfaction survey for the period 1 April to 30 June 2019.

That the Panel note the findings of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey among Campus West customers for the three months ending 30 June 2019
