To note any apologies of Panel Members.

An apology for absence was received from Councillor M.Holloway.

To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 14 October 2019.

The minutes of the last meeting held on 14 October 2019 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

To review the 2019 pantomime production in Campus West and for Members to approve the commissioning of a further production in Campus West to again be produced in-house in 2020.

The report of the Corporate Director (Resources, Environment and Cultural Services) reviewed the 2019 pantomime production in Campus West and asked Members to approve the commissioning of a further production in Campus West in 2020.

RESOLVED:

(1)  That the Panel note the review of the 2019 pantomime production in Campus West.

(2)  That the Panel approve the commissioning of a further production in Campus West to again be produced in-house in 2020.

(3)  That the Panel recommend to Cabinet an approval of the proposed 2020 pantomime, the ticket pricing plan for it, and the appended production schedule.

To introduce a new Marketing Strategy (2020-2023) for Campus West for Members to approve prior to going to Cabinet.

The report of the Corporate Director (Resources, Environment and Cultural Services) set out the Marketing Strategy for Campus West 2020-2023.

RESOLVED:

(1)  That the Panel note the contents of the new Marketing Strategy for Campus West 2020-2023 and recommend its approval to a meeting of Cabinet.

The date of the next meeting would be on Monday 16 March 2020 in the Conference Room at Campus West.
