2.	LED STREET LIGHTING ILLUMINATION UPDATE Peter Simpson, Senior Asset Manager and Team Leader Highways Operations and Strategy Unit will give an update and answer any questions.
3.	RINGWAY'S SEASONAL UPDATE Rob Payne of Ringway will give a seasonal update and present a jet patching video.
4.	PARKING SERVICES UPDATE Vikki Hatfield, Parking and Cemetery Services Manager for Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council will give a parking services update.
5.	DISCRETIONARY HIGHWAY SCHEMES Mark Goodyear, Lead Assistant Highway Manager will provide an update about the Highway Locality Budget and expenditure.
6.	DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next meeting of the Highways Liaison Meeting will be held on Thursday 14 March 2019. Agenda items to be forwarded to the Chairman and Lead Assistant Highway Manager.
